Return & Refund Policy

At Giza Fashion Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.


Returns

We accept returns for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and liners must remain attached.
  • Giza Fashion Studio reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, washing, or failure to meet return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale, discounted, or clearance items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Giza Fashion Studio is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Refund inspections may take up to 7 business days after the returned parcel is delivered.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges due to stock availability. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
